Sledge STA-550D amplifier – Effortless power with precision management.
The Sledge STA-550D amplifier, conservatively rated at 550 watts RMS and more than 1,500 watts peak power, maximizes the full potential of the 12-inch driver. The innovative design combines the efficiency of a Class D amplifier with the ability to move colossal amounts of current through the fully discrete MOSFETs for outstanding “real-world” subwoofer performance at all levels, in any room.
Thanks to the high power consumption of fully discrete MOSFETs with the efficiency of Class D amplifiers, the Sledge STA-550D amplifier can move huge amounts of current, allowing immense output with surgical precision.
Featuring the 50Mhz High Resolution Analog Devices Audio DSP, the most advanced digital processor ever used in a subwoofer and maintains highly accurate and flawless sound quality thanks to advanced internal tuning, powerful DSP controls and more. The frequency curves optimized specifically for the SB-2000 Pro allow the subwoofer to take control of a room and fully pressurize it with clear, heart-pounding bass.

2000 Pro Series subwoofer app is the most convenient way ever to control volume, access multiple custom DSP features and program settings for one-touch tuning optimized for music, movies, gaming, and more. Adjust crossover frequencies, three-band parametric EQ, polarity, room gain and more from the comfort of your favorite chair.
The SVS subwoofer app also enables advanced customization, allowing you to name your subwoofer so you can easily switch to a different preset, select subwoofer standby mode and reset the subwoofer to factory settings. Bluetooth connectivity allows full control even when the subwoofer is out of sight, and bi-directional feedback shows adjustments in real time on both the app and the subwoofer interface on the rear panel.
Intelligent control interface.
Intelligent Control Interface on the rear panel of the 2000 Pro Series cabinets provides control options for the main functions of the subwoofer. Adjustments can be made for volume based on listening preferences and content to achieve full and balanced bass reproduction.
Other features of the ICI include a low-pass filter frequency for smooth sound transitions and seamless mixing with speakers and phase control to match the timing of the subwoofer output to the main speakers or additional subwoofers.
