Crossover
Thanks to the 3.5-way SoundMatch crossover technology, the Prime Tower features multiple crossover points for each woofer, ensuring good bass response and a seamless transition to the midrange. The frequencies of lower tones are analyzed and corrected where necessary so that the bass is always on par with the midrange and treble.

Prime Drivers & Tweeter
The 4.5-inch midrange drivers are designed for excellent acoustic performance and are individually located inside the enclosure in a sealed compartment. SVS chooses this suspension of the driver to put down a very clear and accurate midrange without any coloration of the sound. The material from which the cone is made is also extremely light and has high rigidity, creating a crucially flat frequency response. In addition, the dual 6.5-inch woofers provide a deep and expressive bass response that emphasizes the impact of instruments bass lines and sound effects. Both woofers have separate internal compartments in the enclosure with their own frequency for tuning the bass reflex port. The result is deep, powerful and accurate bass that you both hear and feel. At the very top of the Prime Tower is the 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter that boasts the right degree of rigidity, efficiency and lightness to produce crisp highs.

Design
All aspects of the SVS Prime Tower are built for sonic performance. From the premium drivers and SoundMatch crossover to the extra-thick soundboard and sturdy construction. The floorstanding 3.5-way speaker looks tough and sleek with its rectangular design that slopes at the front. At the front are the two woofers, midrange driver and tweeter. All drivers are positioned below one another in housing made of MDF.
