The new HDR processing engine can process static HDR10 metadata (MaxFall, MaxCII) more accurately. Higher level HDR10+

Z9X PRO takes the lead by adding HDR10+ and Dolby Vision technology. HDR10+ technology can not only display peak brightnesses up to 4000 nits, but also process metadata accurately for each frame. Dolby Vision VS10 technology

12-bit color depth

The new Z9X PRO image engine not only supports 10-bit (about 1.07 billion colors) decoding and output at 4K 60Hz resolution, but also supports higher color depth 12-bit (about 68 billion colors); 12-bit has vivid colors and natural color transition.

Wider color range

Z9X PRO supports BT.2020 wide color range that can display 75% natural colors and closer to what human eyes can see, while traditional BT.709 can only display 35% natural colors. It has bright and striking colors, rich and full images and a better sense of space, three dimensions and layering.
