Orders placed before 3 p.m. on business days and paid for via iDEAL are usually processed the same business day. No orders are processed on weekends. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding tracking number and expected delivery time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over €uro 299,00 have no shipping costs within the Netherlands and are handled through the standard service of UPS or DHL.

For shipments abroad, the exact price for shipping depends on the weight of the shipment, and the country being shipped to. These shipping costs are automatically calculated for you, when you place the order. You can also get the cost for UPS shipments on each product page. To do so, click on the shipping button.
We primarily use UPS for shipping orders. When completing the order, you can select the desired service.
SHIPPING WITH UPS
Packages sent via UPS are insured and will not be delivered to neighbors unless specifically indicated. UPS will make one delivery attempt after which your order will be delivered to the nearest UPS acces point listed on the Infonotice (no home notification) where you can pick up your order upon presentation of valid identification. Usually it is within a 1-2 km radius or you can choose a different delivery time or even a different delivery address. You must contact UPS yourself to do this. UPS only delivers on business days.
RETURNS
You may wish to return ordered product(s) or part of them to us after receipt. You may do this as a consumer no later than 14 days after receipt of the order (the so-called cooling off period). This does not apply to business orders.
In order to take advantage of this arrangement, a number of conditions do apply which also apply to warranty handling within the exchange period.
CONDITIONS
For visible signs of use, failure to remove passwords, email addresses or unrecovered tokens, we will give you a partial refund of 75% of the original purchase price. Examples of signs of use: Incomplete and/or without (over) box or other protective packaging, the product is damaged or soiled by e.g. (greasy) fingerprints, Smoking smell.
In case of serious defect or a combination of the above, we may decide not to honor the return and will return it to you.
Once we receive the return in good order we will accept it and the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
Is a product defective, did you receive the wrong product or do you have questions about the operation of your product? Please send us an e-mail, clearly describing the problem and always referring to the order number for quick processing of your request. You can always call, of course. This contributes to faster processing of your query.
