ForceFactor woofers
At the bottom of the slim Ultra Tower speaker is room for the patented ForceFactor woofer technology, where there are two 8-inch drivers arranged in opposite directions from each other. This creates an overwhelming and room-filling output of low frequencies. Thanks to the unique enclosure design, both woofers fire sound in different directions. This creates an effortlessly deep and accurate bass response that can be heard and felt throughout your listening room.

Powerful midrange
The ForceFactor woofer is complemented by dual 6.5-inch midrange drivers made of fiberglass composite. This material boasts an excellent degree of rigidity and is very light, making the mids and dialogues sound extremely neutral and true to nature. With over 80% of all sounds emanating from midrange frequencies, these drivers reveal the true essence of sound colors. Whether it’s the nuances and impact of instruments, voices, sound effects or ambience; the midrange drivers always deliver exact reproduction of pitches.

High frequencies, high performance
The floor-standing Ultra Tower speaker features a 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter that delivers surprisingly transparent and highly accurate treble reproduction. The tweeter dome is light, stiff, efficient and also does not allow any distortions to pass through. Even under high sound pressure, the tweeter sounds particularly airy and reveals more details than other high-end tweeters. Thanks to the FEA optimized diffuser, an incredibly wide dispersion of treble is created, giving every listener in the room the same clear listening experience.

SoundMatch Crossover
The unique drivers call for high-quality crossover features. Developers at SVS have spared no expense to equip the Ultra Tower with the intelligent 3.5-way SoundMatch crossover. The tapered design is designed so that only the upper midrange driver crosses with the tweeter, while the lower midrange driver crosses with the woofers to avoid potential unevenness or desynchronization of the sound. The innovative SoundMatch crossover technology results in expansive and focused reproduction of audio with accurate frequency response. This way you will always have the most ideal listening position for optimal listening pleasure.

Geometric Construction
All of the Ultra Tower’s features are designed for a sonic sound experience. The tapered chamfers of the front panel minimize edge diffraction making the sound image clear and precise. The non-parallel side panels are positioned so that the 8-inch woofers both face a different direction, firing the sound in different directions. Inside the enclosure, each compartment features sealed midrange drivers for optimal performance. With its high frequency output, the unique 3.5-way crossover design negates sound reflections through the floor or ceiling. All drivers have been extensively tested in listening rooms to ensure that the Ultra Prime delivers optimal sound performance.
